AROMA health

description

Zdrave Active is a high-performance anti-dandruff shampoo enriched with protein and biotin — two ingredients known for their restorative effects on scalp and hair health.

We were tasked with creating a 3D product film for national television that visualizes the healing power of these ingredients through abstract storytelling and rich, tactile visuals.

Our goal was to craft a scientifically inspired, emotionally resonant journey — starting from the scalp and ending with the final product shot.

PROCESS

Approach &
Direction

We designed a 4-scene narrative structured around transformation and care, led by the films main characters abstract visual representations of protein and biotin. These forms served both a symbolic and functional role, acting as healing agents throughout the film.

Scalp Close-Up Dandruff Removal

The film opens in a dark, stylized forest. Hair strands resemble tall trees, and dandruff appears as fallen leaves on a dry, gray scalp. As the protein and biotin, the film's main characters, move through, light floods in and the ground becomes nourished turning the forest into a bright, healthy environment. This transformation sets the emotional tone for the entire film.

Deep Healing
Follicle Repair

As we dive deeper into the scalp layers, we witness the follicles being actively nourished. The motion of our characters becomes more fluid and warm, reinforcing the idea of inner restoration.

We explored multiple visual variations of the healing effect, focusing on how the particles are absorbed by the scalp and interact with the inner structure.

Hair Strand Transformation

The camera moves upward to reveal a damaged hair strand dry, cracked, and pinecone-like in texture.

The protein and biotin characters surge through it with power and speed, emphasizing their efficiency and strength.

As they pass, the strand transforms into a smooth, hydrated, and glossy surface a clear sign of restored vitality.

Packshot

This was the key scene for the client meant to showcase the product in full glory. It went through multiple iterations and detailed feedback rounds.

We began with the concept of soft-body bubbles squishy, gentle forms symbolizing protein and biotin. They moved behind the bottle and hugged it in a fluid, comforting motion. The client liked the visuals but found them too playful.

In the final version, the main characters protein and biotin form a structured, elegant formation around the bottle, reinforcing a sense of control, care, and performance.

Process Video

Here is a glimpse of all the packshot variations we created for the client.

We had a lot of fun imagining the product in different visual scenarios a few of which are showcased below.

For the curios people - here is the first version we've sent to the client. It's a nice overview of our fast and collaborative work approach.
